AP BSNL 2G Migration Vouchers

Andhra BSNL is offering various 2G&3G prepaid plans, one can migrate from any plan to any plan without any restrictions.
Following are the list of migration vouchers with their validity:

Vennela Match, Match, Vennel plus and Power Pack plans are not available for new customers.
For migrating to Bandham plan, working Land line/WLL phone is required. Talk value offered on migration has to be utilized within 30 days.
You can also migrate to any of these plans by using paytm.com online recharge.

BSNL has introduced Extension of Validity under prepaid recharge/top-up. but in AP i am not getting this facility while topup my prepaid no. where as in UP East i get this. why BSNL AP not providing this facility?
This facility is for all india blnl users, nothing is mentioned on bsnl site (http://www.bsnl.in/service/tariff_excel_pre.htm) section 3.
In which prepaid plan you are currently?
currently i am using 2g general plan.
what is bsnl 2g_special plan?

You migrate to one of the latest plans like vennela match or nestham. So that your validity will be extended with each top-up.
There is no 2g_special plan in AP Circle
i have bsnl all@49 and general plan, n i am getting entended validity every time i topup on both the sim....
Why bsnl ap is not providing this facility i have no idea....
There is a lot's of difference between north and south india plans no idea Y.

BSNL ap is not providing any clear information about their plans on there site also.
i am not interested in 1p/s plan. bcoz i have lots of long std calls. 1p/s will be expensive for me.

Recharge with Rs.3/- from paytm.com by selecting special recharge option. You will be migrated once again to your current(2G_All@49) prepaid plan.
This way you can migrate to same plan after every 180 days.
